Current Shipping Rates
All of my merch will be shipped from California, USA. The current shipping rates are as follows on most products:
- US: 4.50 USD
- Canada: 18 USD
- Mexico: 18 USD
- Everywhere else: 20USD
Important: As of October 2024, international packages sent to Mexico, Brazil, or the European Union may require your tax ID and phone # to be sent to your country. Depending on your country, this will be necessary for clearing customs on international orders from overseas, and I will only need this information for when I create your shipping label. (Without it, I may not be able to ship out your order or customs will hold your package, return it to me, or destroy it.)
- Shipments to Mexico: Your CURP (Clave Única de Registro de Población) is required as your tax ID.
- Shipments to Brazil: Your CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) is required as your tax ID.
- Shipments to the European Union: Your EORI number (Economic Operators Registration and Identification Number) is required as your tax ID.
If no prompt box appears for your tax ID or phone # at checkout, please leave a note ("Need to leave a note or instructions?") that includes them. If you happen to forget to leave a note, please message me with your tax ID, phone #, and order # in the "CONTACT" tab. Additionally, if you do not feel comfortable sharing this information, please let me know if you'd like to request a refund if you have already made your order.
What is a pre-order?
Pre-orders allow you to purchase a reservation for an item that is not yet in-stock or ready to ship. By pre-ordering, your order will be prioritized, and you are guranteed to receive the items once they are ready to be shipped.
Please note that the process for pre-orders takes roughly two months, as the pre-order purchase period and the production period take about a month each. I usually post an estimated schedule on listings for pre-orders, but they may change if an item faces a delay, such as a manufacturing error or if there are more orders than usual. In such cases, I will post updates as often as I can, which can be found in the "Updates" section.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged during delivery?
Get in touch with me through the "CONTACT" tab if you have any questions or concerns about your order. I would greatly appreciate it if you included your name and order # in your message, as well!
I can resend the products, but I may be unable to resend low stock or out of stock items. If that is the case, you would be able to recieve a full refund for both the item and shipping costs.
Please make this decision responsibly and honestly as I have the ability to track the location and status of shipments.
When an international order leaves the US and is in the hands of your local carrier, I am no longer able to track its status and will only be notified about its delivery. If an international order gets lost, I'd prefer to send you a full refund instead of resending the package.
I am not liable for packages that have been sent to the wrong address if it has been input incorrectly upon order. Please ensure that you have typed everything correctly before checking out, and please contact me if you need to change your address!
I am also not responsible for anything that happens to packages once it's shipped out and in the hands of the delivery service.
Do you do refunds?
I do not usually do refunds after purchases are made, including both in-stock and preorder items. However, I can send a full refund for an item and its shipping if the package has been lost during delivery.
I made a purchase, but I'd like to add more to my order. Can I combine orders so that everything is shipped out together?
I can combine orders if your first purchase hasn't been marked as shipped yet. Before you make your second purchase, please contact me, so I can give you a discount code that will remove the additional shipping fees. Unfortunately, if you've already made your second purchase without the code, I will not be able to refund you.
